International Dawn Chorus Day – Sunday 4th May 2025
The Ceylon Bird Club is organizing a guided Dawn Chorus Walk in the Bodhinagala Forest Reserve in the early morning of Sunday 4th May. Join us to experience the early morning symphony of wet zone forest birds, to identify the singing birds which join the chorus and to understand more about these birds and their sounds…

The walk will be guided by two of Sri Lanka’s most experienced experts in bird vocalization.

International Dawn Chorus Day is the worldwide celebration of bird songs.

If you wish to join us on the walk please contact us via our website.
